SHIPPING POLICY

To offer the best service and ensure fast worldwide deliveries, we work with UPS and FedEx. Depending on the region and zone provided by the shipping vendors the timescales and the prices of the delivery may vary. However, to keep it hassle-free, here at Carlo Felice we charge a flat rate per shipping, as per below table. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

1. Shipping method and cost. Shipping rates are based upon shipment type and destination, and your rate will be automatically calculated at checkout. We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours. Estimated delivery times are to be used only as a reference and will commence from the shipping date; we are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes. We ship both Standard delivery (3-10 working days) and Express delivery (1-3 working days). The shipping options, cost, and timescales offered are provided in the table above. 

 

 

2. Deliveries to Russian Federation. Due to customs policies, some Russian regions may have order amount limitations on shipments from abroad. Restrictions do not apply for Moscow, Moscow region cities, St.Petersburg, Kaliningrad, Kazan, Krasnodar, Rostov on Don, Khabarovsk, Murmansk, Samara, Togliatti, and other bigger cities. If you are not sure whether your city is under restrictions, please contact Customer Care Team on info@hannabaranava.com who will be happy to inform you.

 

3. Shipping to San Marino and Vatican City. Available shipping options are the same as for Italy. 

 

4. Shipping to Israel (Gaza). All orders to Israel (Gaza) are temporarily suspended. To ensure that you can receive your package, please select an alternative shipping address. 

 

5. Important delivery information. Please consider the following information:

• all orders require a signature upon receipt

• we are unable to re-direct orders once items have been dispatched, so please ensure there is someone who can sign at the shipping address

• UPS/FedEx does not deliver to P.O. Boxes or use General Delivery

• if UPS/FedEx does not find anyone at the indicated delivery address they will try to deliver two more times, leaving a card with instructions on each occasion. 

 

6. When do we deliver? Our online shop ships worldwide delivering gam-5pm, Monday to Friday. The shipping agents do not deliver on holidays. 

 

7. Free shipping. From time to time, we will run campaigns offering free shipping promotions. Sign up to be notified of these offers in our regular newsletter. 

 

8. Insurance. We insure each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered at which point responsibility for your purchased goods is passed on you. If you are not the receiver of the purchase (e.g. a gift purchase) then the person who signs for the package confirms receipt and is accountable for the package. 

 

9. Tracking your order. You can always check the current status of your shipment by visiting the website of the shipping agent. We will inform you of the tracking number and the agent upon dispatch. 

 

10. Taxes and duties. The local VAT will be applied for all EU and UK destinations. Most countries are shipped to on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means all relevant import taxes and duties will be included in the product price. The following countries are shipped on a DDP basis: 

 

Australia, Bahrain, China, Guatemala, India, Japan, Mexico, Norway, Oman, Panama, Peru, Saudi, Arabia, South Korea, Switzerland, Turkey, UAE, Vietnam, Malaysia, Thailand, Taiwan, South Africa, and Singapore 

 

If a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) destination is applicable, product prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties, as well as EU/UK Vat. As a recipient you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to and payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. 

We are unable to advise on the amount this may be, we recommend that our clients verify local taxes and duties before placing an order. Please note that the Russian Federation is a DDU destination. 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

 1. Download the Return Form. You can find the form here.

 

2. Fill out the Return Form and once completed, include it in the return packaging. Use the order number as return ID. For returns outside of the European Union, attach 2 completed copies of the document.

 

3. To prepare for return and refund of your products follow the instructions of the courier. This information can be found on the return label which is in your package.

 

UPS:

• Take the printed label that you will find inside the original package and attach it to the outside of the return package.

• Contact UPS and arrange an appointment for the collection of your products

• You can contact UPS by phone. To find the number of the UPS call center in your country, click here. 

 

FedEx:

• Take the printed label that you will find inside the original package and attach it to the outside of the return package.

• Take the package to your nearest post office.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

You can send your return within 14 days from the date of the receiving goods. Return the article in the original condition: should your returned item not satisfy these conditions, we reserve the right to refuse your request for a refund and the article will be returned to you. Should you return an item because it has a defect, you will also be refunded for all shipping costs. 

 

METHODS OF PAYMENT FOR REFUNDS: 

Refunds will be made according to the method of payment used for the purchase:

 

• PAYMENTS VIA CREDIT CARD: the refund will be credited to the same credit card that was originally used to make the purchase. The time lapse required for this credit to appear will depend on the credit institute.

 

• PAYMENTS VIA PAYPAL: the refund will be visible in your Paypal account within 48 hours after receipt of the e-mail confirming the reimbursement. We will reimburse you within 30 working days after the date when the returned order has arrived at our warehouse, and we will notify you via e-mail. For orders that have been canceled prior to shipping, the reimbursement will be made no later than 3 working days after the cancellation request has been processed. If your order has been sent to a country outside of the European Union, the taxes and customs duties cannot be reimbursed by us: try to contact your Customs Office directly to see if they can help you to retrieve these costs.
